The process

Identify KPIs
About a week after the workshop, we invite the delegate to identify at least three areas they want to improve in their current role — based on theory and tools from the training. -
Explain how KPIs were achieved
About a month later (time enough to implement changes), we ask the learner to expand on how improvements were made — which tools and theory they used, and challenges they faced. -
Report sent to the booker
We compile the responses into a report for the delegate’s manager or training coordinator — useful for goal-setting and performance management.
The full Skills Check process is typically completed after around two months.
