Lacking self-confidence?
Low self-confidence isn't a life sentence. Self-confidence can be learned, practiced, and mastered - just like any other skill. Once you master it, everything in your life will change for the better.~ Barrie Davenport

Maintain a positive attitude

Learn to communicate with yourself more positively. Visualise what self-confidence looks like to you and replay this picture over and over in your mind. Before you know it these thoughts of self-confidence will start to translate into more confident actions.

Gain more skills related to your field / Increase your knowledge

Keep practising the required skills and abilities in the areas you perceive as a struggle. Remember: Practice makes perfect.

Work on your weaknesses

Make an action plan to reduce or eliminate any weaknesses that you perceive as affecting your confidence.

Identify your strengths and capitalise on them

Be confident in what you know by focusing on your biggest strengths.

Express what you want/ Believe in yourself

Learn to accept yourself as you are. Have confidence in yourself and try not to focus on what is missing in your life.

Eliminate self-doubt

Forget about what everyone else is thinking of you. These negative thoughts will keep you from doing great things for yourself.
