How to Inspire your Staff as Leader
"Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success." ~ Henry Ford

Lead by example - Be a good example as a leader and act the way that you would like to see your staff act. Remember: You can't expect your staff to do anything that you won't do.

Listen more - To make your employees happy, observe their ideas or solutions to a problem and try to implement the better ideas within the organisation as far as you can.

Reward your team - Recognise your employees' hard work by honouring them with praise, time off or compensation.

Increase your team's knowledge and skill - Send your staff to training workshops or seminars. This will allow them to grow and be inspired to try new things and broaden their skills.

Develop relationship in the workplace - Know your staff by asking questions about their families, interest, etc. to build a strong connection with them as well as trust. Do team building exercises and introduce competitions to make the workplace more exciting.
